Day 1: 168.5 lbs
Day 8: 166 lbs
Day 15: 167 lbs
Day 22: 164.5 lbs

I don't really view this week as a 2 1/2 lb weight drop, that weigh in last week was a fluke, since I had 2 lbs of water late Tuesday night when I did that 6 mile run. I'm pretty satisfied being down 4 lbs 3 weeks into it.

1-14: 204
1-21: 202
1-28: 202

The weight has stayed the same but my fitness level, running, ect. has definintely gone way up. The weight seems a bit stubborn this go-round.

Cory, you just need to put your heart into it. The personal trainers on the Biggest Loser make it a goal to make those people workout so hard, they cry. They want to push them till they break, then it gets them through that wall. When you run or do whatever, push yourself harder than you ever have, yell really loud "I want this!", "I need this!". People might think you're a little nuts, but it's all good. Hahaha, just kidding with you, I'm sure the weight will start coming off soon.

You should eat more salt then drink a lot of water. I guarantee you will gain weight then. Well at least for the weighin. Very Happy

But honestly eat like your dieing tomorrow. You need the calories especially if you are working out so you dont lose weight. Your metabolism must be really active which makes it harder for you to gain weight

When I had problems putting on weight back in my early 20s, I took weight gainer shakes, I think 1000 calories per drink. I might have taken a couple of them a day along with whatever I ate, I put on 5 lbs. But then when I stopped drinking them, I lost it Sad

A whopping 145.8 - we'll see if it lasts or if I drop to 144 again.

You should post up some pic's I know you have the one from back in the day when you were trim n fit.

Its very motivating looking back and remembering how good you felt being in shape. Wont be long and you'll be back there!
