Not really sure of mine, as it seems to fluctuate. It's around 188lbs (all muscle, hahahahah).

I weighed in this morning at 168.5. I was 170.5 yesterday morning. I ate good yesterday and the workout was good, but no way I lost 2 lbs in a day. Must have been water weight or something.

I know I said I have no goal to lose any amount of weight, but I would say if I could lose 10 lbs, then I know for a fact I will fit into all those shorts I did back when I was 156-159 lbs. Some of them are 31" waist.

Hey Russell, Isaac, Lance and Matt, how come you haven't weighed in? Are you guys waiting for a major bowel movement? Or maybe you're just eating and drinking like crazy, so next weeks weigh in will look more impressive.

Hey, I already did. I notice that it changes each day. So I figure that I will go with 188lbs. But I am more interested in how I look and how I feel.
Also I am 6' 2" and wear 32 -34 pants.

5' 10.5" 168.5 lbs.
I feel comfortable in 34" pants, 33" are getting pretty snug. My goal is to be back down in the 31" and 32" stuff. I'll just need to wear a belt for the 34" then.

34's are comfy for me. Depending on the make, 32'' can be tight. If I can get into a 32 and be comfy, that would be great.

I weighed myself after working out yesterday and I was at about 195. Im at 6 foot. Most of my pants are either 36 or 34. But I agree with Russel, I just want to feel and look good. I dont really care about the numbers that much. My bones only get so small! I will never be able to fit into pants any smaller than 34!

I'm not sure why but I don't think I'll post my weight weekly. I'll probably put in updates as to the pounds I've lost to date. I only weigh myself once a week and I started back on Jan 1st. I don't see the need to weigh oneself everyday because things change so much depending what you ate and if you had a solid BM. Like you were saying Bri 2 lbs in one day, unlikely you burned/didn't take in 7,000 calories, that's why it doesn't make much sense. In a weeks time your surely going to see results that are true and it's nice to see a bigger number rather then small movements daily.

I'm going to post once a week each wednesday. I used to watch it every day in times past, but this time I think I'm just going to check once a week.
