Moment of truth guys.
1/07/09: 183.8

I was hoping for a little lower weight, but I'm not complaining at all. On Saturday I was 171. But that was the morning after working out at that other place and sitting in the nice steam room. Dont know if that helped the lower weighin or not. But then again Saturday night I did have a nice meal and enjoyed some desert. I guess you have to pay if you play.

I'm actually really happy with this weight. I was like 3 1/2 lbs heavier yesterday morning, but my weight does fluctuate pretty good. I ate pretty bad this weekend, so 1/2 lb gain isn't terrible. But now I'm sick of just taking this so slow and easy, we're 5 weeks into this, and I haven't made much improvement, time to hit it hard. I'm gonna do 3 days of cardio and 3 days of weights every week, and eat better on the weekends, plenty of room for improvement. I don't really even care if my weight stays the same, just want to see my gut get at least 1 1/2" smaller.
Day 8: 166 lbs
Day 15: 167 lbs
Day 22: 164.5 lbs
Day 29: 164.5 lbs
Day 36: 165 lbs

Good job Scott! A pound loss is a pound lost. Are my eyes playing tricks on me or are you in need of a serious pedicure. Ask the wife to tackle it for you, they love to do that kind of stuff. LoL.

Im a man and I have mans feet. I should clip the toe nails though. Other then that I like my long toes. Thats all that matters

Forgot to post this week.
198 lbs. 1 pound down from last week. If I can keep losing a pound a week I'll be satisfied with that.
