Day 1: 168.5 lbs
Day 8: 166 lbs
Day 15: 167 lbs
Day 22: 164.5 lbs
Day 29: 164.5 lbs
I'm actually happy I stayed the same. I only worked out once this past week, and could have done a little better eating, but I still think since I ate halfway decent, that is why I didn't put any weight on. I'm gonna hit the exercising harder this week, might try to run 15 miles between now and the next weigh in.
Day 8: 166 lbs
Day 15: 167 lbs
Day 22: 164.5 lbs
Day 29: 164.5 lbs

Collin way to put on a few pounds. Now the trick is to keep it on. (must be nice to have this problem.)

Thanks Scott, you are too! And Cory in at 199, well done! Turn your back on the 200's and vow never to hook up with them again. Hopefully I can keep it up, but than again when your working out as much as me and eating pretty decent your bound to see results. I have a feeling this second month will be even better than the 7.6 lbs lost in the first.
