Scotts weigh in week 2:

1/07/09: 183.8
1/14/09: 180.0

I was pretty aggressive this first week. I plan to stay agressive but we'll see how it goes. I can feel my meeting pants feel looser already. Good thing because I was at the point where I had to leave the button undone and use my belt to hold them up. Shocked Now I can actually fit into them. Yeah pretty bad but at least I was able to turn it around.

Week one 205

Week two 204

It's funny because lately when I get home from work at 4:30 or so has been when I weigh the lightest in a day.
Last night I weighed 202 but as you can see in the morning I was 204. Go figure.

Scott I can relate to the tight dress pants. I have too much money invested in suits to gain weight. So for that fact alone I must continue on in the fight for fitness!

Yeah no kidding. The dress pants are still tight, but at least I can button them now. lol There is a suit I cant fit into right now so hopefully after a little bit of time here I'll be able to wear that one again.

Day before Day 1 initial weigh in: 170.5 lbs
Day 1: 168.5 lbs
Day 8: 166 lbs

NICE!! The sad part is I can't really tell yet in my waist and how my pants fit. I'm like you Scott, I have some tight pants that I need to leave the button undone and use the belt. It's pretty pathetic when you have such an obvious problem going on, yet it's so hard to get motivated to lose the gut. This forum sure helps.

This is my first weigh in: 144lbs - I'm working to gain a few pounds and get between 150-155.
