Day 1: 168.5 lbs
Day 8: 166 lbs
Day 15: 167 lbs

Dang! What's up with that? Oh well, I did measure my waist and it is 1/4" smaller, so at least that is going in the right direction.

Man, one pound gain! That is odd considering your eating pretty good. How intense are your workouts? Are you dripping with sweat when your done? Also are you working out at home because I've yet to run into you at Snap since you signed up? Or maybe your going late at night?

My workouts could use a lift, I'm not pushing too hard, not in the last week anyways. Yeah, I've run 4 days in a row, but at home, trying to get on a treadmill at Snap is a joke. I know I could get on one later in the evening, but I'm so sick of the cold weather that it's easier to stay inside. By me running 6 miles last night, that's the type of stuff I need to do, need to really push myself. I'll try more of that this week and see where I'm at next weigh in.

Scotts weigh in week 3:

1/07/09: 183.8
1/14/09: 180.0
1/21/09: 180.2

January 21st, 2009 Scaleweighin1-21-09

I've been very strict with the diet. I have been working out like mad and my clothes feel better - looser. But gained a .2 lb lol. I think my last weighin was a little aggressive so it probably evened out some. Its funny how it can change from day to day. I'm sure i'll be in the 170's next week.

Scott, those are some interesting toes. I think you put a tootsie roll between each one. Just an observation.

Well, your weigh in Scott definitely makes me feel better Smile I'm probably not quite as frustrated as you are, being that I had that yummy Papa Murphy's last night...lol. If I was hardcore and didn't have anything and still put a pound on, man, I wouldn't be too happy. I think we'll both have a good week coming up here. This is just like the Biggest Loser, their week 2 numbers are always bad. But then week 3 is a good one. Both of us had pretty good numbers last week, so like you said, it's just balancing it out. If your pants are fitting looser, and my waist got smaller, we really shouldn't be too concerned about the number we see on the scale.

Hey guys, you know how I put a pound on in the last week. Well, I weighed myself this morning and I was 2 lbs lighter than yesterday Smile Just shows how much your weight can fluctuate day to day. I think the thing that made me a pound heavier yesterday is I chugged 2 bottles of water the night before when I did that 6 mile run. That is 2 lbs of water that was in me, and I know I didn't let it all out in the toilet.
