Day 1: 168.5 lbs
Day 8: 166 lbs
Day 15: 167 lbs
Day 22: 164.5 lbs
Day 29: 164.5 lbs
Day 36: 165 lbs
Day 43: 161 lbs
No hard work put in this week, it was the deadliest flu I've ever experienced. I left work early on Friday and still haven't been back. I'm pretty sure I will be back tomorrow.
Day 8: 166 lbs
Day 15: 167 lbs

Day 43: 161 lbs

No pic this morning. I forgot to take a pic of me last night. I will do it tonight and post it. I was thinking that I wouldnt have dropped any today because I was 174 yesterday and it seams to be harder to be dropping as of late. I think its because of all the pasta I eat. I'm going to try and start eating less of that because I know there are a lot of calories in pasta. Just because I'm sure it will get harder to keep losing each week as I get closer to my target weight.
I downloaded an app on my phone called: LOSE IT. Its realy awsome because I put my height, weight, and how many pounds I want to lose and then it tells me how many calories I can take in daily. I also enter my meals, workout programs and it shows a graph of my progress and it says I will be at my target weight by march 22 if I follow the plan. We'll see how it goes

199 pounds.
Hurt my back at basketball and now am limited in how hard I can exercise. I hope I don't gain 3 pounds by next week.

I think all you guys that are injured playing sports needs to realize you're not young bucks anymore. Be humble and see your limitations. Be content with playing golf, playing cards, shuffleboard, you know, the stuff the old farts do

LOL. You guys will have to realize sooner or later that when I put a smiley face at the end of my remarks, there is some hint of sarcasm in there. None of you guys are old, keep up the hard playing, but don't take dumb risks, which I'm sure none of you guys do.

missed yesterdays post things got REALLY HECTIC... the world almost ended... but then i stopped being a sally and it was ok... now that i told you what you were all soooooo interested in hearing here is some more! I'm at 145 now, less 1 lb from last week....

Hello everyone. Well hopefully joining this forum will help me lose weight. Im never real good at sticking with something like this. Hopefully I will this time. So my stats are 6'1" tall, 34-36" waist, and a wopping 215 lbs!!! Hopefully that # will drop soon. But I am down 10 lbs since the beginning of January so thats a start.

Welcome. Joran! Everyonejordan is from my hall. He's pretty fast on the football field. Just take it a day at a time and if you can get some determination you will continue to see good results.
