Brian's log - Week of February 10th Empty Brian's log - Week of February 10th

Well, I'm just gonna use this space to log my diet and exercise for each day, easier that way.

Tuesday, February 10th

Breakfast: Bowl of cereal and small glass of OJ
Lunch: Marinara pasta, slice of bread with butter on it
Mid afternoon: Granola bar
Dinner: Pannenkoeken with a couple slices of bacon
Evening: Very small portion of cottage cheese(it was the last of it), and a small bowl of cereal

Water intake for the day: 8 servings - 64 ounces

Exercise:
Becky and I ran 3 miles outside tonight, it felt great to do it outside, and also with my wife cheers

It was a very nice day out. I cant wait till its nicer out to run more outside.

Indeed, those couple days were quite the tease. I can't wait to get back on the bike, play tennis, and rollerblade again. Hopefully by then I'll be 20 lbs lighter which should make it even more fun.

Just because I live a few hours away doesnt mean I wont come back for tennis. We def have to get at least a few games together of Tennis this summer. Itd be cool to get 4 or 8 of us and have a tournament.

Another busy long day on the road for work, makes it really tough to eat good. Can't drink water either when you have to drive alot, too much stopping to hit the bathroom. I ate some bad stuff, but I have all the calories figured out, it doesn't look too bad.

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with small glass of OJ (240 cals)
Mid morning: Cup of coffee with creamer (35 cals)
Lunch: McDonald's - fish filet, med fries, med diet coke (760 cals)
Afternoon: diet green tea and a bag of pretzels (280 cals)
Dinner: Papa Murphy's - 1 slice garlic chicken pizza and a small glass of milk (450 cals)

Total cals: 1765

Exercise: Interval training for 20 minutes

MPH 1 minute intervals

Thursday, Feb 12th

Breakfast: Bowl of cereal with a small glass of OJ
Lunch: Salad, yogurt and water
Afternoon: Raisin cookie and water
Dinner: Tuna melt and a small glass of milk
Evening: 4 nutter butters with a small glass of chocolate milk

Total water intake: 48 oz.

Exercise:

Ran a 3+ miler outside with Becky again. It was a little cold, but we were dressed pretty warm.
