Scotts eating log week of 1/12/09 Empty Scotts eating log week of 1/12/09

Monday 1/12/09
Breakfast:
piece of bread with jelly and bottle of diet green tea
bottle of water inbetween
Lunch:
left over stroganoff from last night - smaller portion with bottle of diet green tea
Bottle of water after lunch
Supper:
beef and tomato stove top dinner. best part of this is no cream sause or cheese. I also had a smaller portion then normal.

1/13/09:
Breakfast:
granola bar and diet green tea
Lunch:
left over Tomato beef pasta dish, green tea.
2bottles of water in afternoon
Supper:
left over beef stroganoff, water

Trend here is pasta. Very Happy We both love it. It flows freely in the Dembraski household. I keep it to modest portions now. I used to only be able to eat it for one day of left overs, now it I can eat it for two days.

Wednesday 1/14/09
Breakfast: 2 granola bars and diet green tea
Lunch: Left overs from two nights ago
Water in afternoon
Supper: bowl of cereal and 2 pieces of ham
evening snack at culvers after meeting........ bowl of turkey soup and a diet pepsi

Breakfast: Bowl of cereal
Lunch: grilled turkey paninie with no cheese and vegetable soup
Water
Supper: pot roast, potatoes, carrots with milk

Good job Kiddy Cott! Sounds like a lot of home cooking. I too have been partaking of lots of healthy home cooking the last two weeks versus before eating out at least every other night. Its been really nice and saved us tons of $$$. Keep it up!

Yep thanks matt.

It does save on the pocket book eating from home but I sure do miss Taco Bell. lol

It feels great eating better. The only down side is to remember to have patience. I want instant 6 pack and it will take a few months. Well its there just hiding a little lol
So gotta keep on with eating right and stay this way and I'll get where I want to be. cheers

Lunch: soup and 6 inch sub with turkey and lettuce
Supper: porkchop, potatoe and vegetables and water.

Saturday 1/17/2009
Breakfast - cereal
break in service diet coke and fruit and water
lunch - left over pork chops and potatoes (going through pasta withdrawals)
supper - out to eat at louisie's italian Very Happy had chicken with pen pasta mmmmm and salad and many pieces of bread. But I did have a take home box which I never do so thats a positive.
