Momday 3/9/09
Breakfast: What do you think I had? If you guessed granola bar and diet green tea, you are correct

Lunch: left over porkchop with rice, and carrots and diet green tea

snack. had diet pepsi. also had 1 bite size hersheys dark chocolate bar. (this was an achievement because the old scott would of had 7 or 8 of those things) Very Happy

Dinner: bbq on bun, bush's best beans in the world (original) some generic really old chips that were in the cabinet. But hey they tasted good and not as stale as I thought they would be.
Oh and Water.

Tuesday 3/10/09
Breakfast: granola bar and diet green tea
Lunch: left over bbq, beans and diet green tea
Supper: left over boneless pork chop with rice and carrots and diet pepsi

snack: had diet pepsi in afternoon.

Thursday:
Breakfast: granola bar and diet green tea
Lunch: ham and turkey sandwich and chicken lentel soup (very good) and diet pepsi
supper: chicken with penn and spagettie sauce. very very good: oh and diet cola

Friday 3/13/09
Breakfast: cereal with milk
Lunch: ham sandwich, pudding, granola bar, chips, fresh apple diet green tea.
Supper: turkey dinner with potatoes, salad, stuffing and frozen pie that didnt taste very good because it needed to be thawed. Oh then later had bowl of mint icecream with chocolate chip cookie. Very Happy

Saturday 3/14/09
Breakfast: pancakes with syrup. I could of had cinnamon roll but I was good this morning Very Happy
Well we kind of had late breakfast so didnt really have lunch.
Supper: ate early supper but it was pulling up to the horse trough and eating buffet style Had baked beans, pasta salad, tuna casserole, pudding, 3 brownies, macaroni salad, chocolate pie So basically for the day I had over 3200 calories. I could of ate more later at night but I behaved myself at least then.

Sunday 3/15/09
Breakfast: cereal and milk (no roll again this morning) Wow yesterday was bad. So gotta make it up today and rest of week.
Lunch: 3 fresco taco's and diet pepsi for lunch
snack: fresh apple
Supper: left over chicken, penn with spagettie sauce
