Scotts eating log Week of 3/23/09
Monday 3/23/09
Breakfast: granola bar and diet green tea
Lunch: left over spagettie and diet green tea and apple
supper: beef and tomato stove top dinner with diet pepsi
back to my schedule I am hungry though now.

Lunch: left over tomato beef noodle dish and diet green tea.
Supper: chicken in crock pot with sauce over noodles

Thursday:
breakfast: granola bar and diet green tea
Lunch: pre packaged sub from Speedway - had turkey, ham lettuce (I took the cheese of) and bun, chips and diet pop
Supper: potatoe hamburger dish. I had a little bigger portion than I should of. We'll see how it affects my weight tomorrow. I am working out tonight though.

Saturday 3/28/09
Breakfast: bowl of cereal
Break in service: chocolate shake and split fries with carissa from culvers
lunch: turkey sandwich, granola bar and some chips
supper: chicken pasta dish from UNO restaurant with ceasar salad
desert: medium chocolate blizzard from Dairy queen. This was my splurge for the week.

breakfast-Lunch 2 bowls of cereal around 10am. (we didnt have a meeting because of winter storm)
afternoon snack. had diet pepsi and some preztles
