Thursday 2/5/09
Breakfast: granola bar and water
Lunch: 3 fresco soft taco's (180 calories each for total of 540) and diet pepsi from Taco Bell mmmmmmm Very Happy
Supper: noodle dish of some sort. Very good. moderate portion of course. Very Happy

I will say this, I appreciate my meals so much more now that I eat less. Although I gobble it down like a starved dog.

Mmmm, that does sound good. I always liked that low calorie meal, but I swear I would be starving by the middle of the afternoon. I watched some videos on youtube last night of some chinese people making chicken fried rice. I'm gonna go get some ingredients after work and try it. If it's good stuff, I may get to kick my habit of eating at the Dragon, that can get spendy.

Oh your reminding me of the days of great hunan and long cheng. mmmmm good stuff

but chicken FRIED rice is not very good for you for obvious reasons. I wonder how many calories is in it.

But it does taste really good.

Yeah, it can't be good for you or low in cals. I probably have the Dragon once every other week, so if I liked this stuff enough to give up the Dragon, I would probably have it just once a week, so not bad.

Scott, I just cracked open a Diet Dew and it made me think of you. Remember when you used to drink a 32 oz Dew for breakfast on the way to work, another for lunch, and another sometimes on the way home from work? 96 oz of Dew!!!! You have really turned it around!

Yeah those were the days. Good friday 2007 was the last time I had MD. (Although I have had a few diet dews here and there but could probably count on 1 hand how many I've had since then.)

I can def tell the difference when I'm off that stuff. I have so much more energy especially when I go running.

Saturday 2/7/09
Breakfast: Well I hate to say it, but I skipped it. I was mad because I was going to grab a granolabar and tea as we were walking out the door to service, but forgot) Then we didnt stop for break.
Lunch: left over noodle dish - and diet DR Pepper
Supper: Well we had friends over so splurged a little. I've been allowing myself this once a week so its good: 1 cookie, icecream with brownie bar (was a bigger piece) potatoes, carrots, 2 pieces of chicken (it was on the bone - yuck but it was kind of good if that makes sense) salad and a few crescent rolls. with white grape juice.
