Scotts eating log for week of 1/26/09
Monday 1/26/09
Breakfast: granola bar and diet green tea
Lunch: left over pasta from last night and green tea
Supper: beef spagettie pasta dish and water
Water throughout the day.

Tuesday 1/27/09
Breakfast: granola bar and diet green tea
Lunch: leftover beefy spagettie noodle dishy thingy
Supper: left over penne chicken spinach from a few nights ago
Water throughout day. Oh and small glass of flat diet coke from pot luck last friday. BTW someone brought some left over snacky food from an orientation food today. It looked good, cookies, bars, potatoe salad, kaiser rolls with lettuce and ham. I was slightly tempted, but did not partake. lol well except for the glass of diet coke

Supper: 2 bowls of cereal and 1 piece of peanut butter toast

snack: apple and water
Supper: chicken alfrado home cookin food with corn and water mmmmmmmm (smaller portion that I usually have)

Breakfast - granola bar and diet green tea
Lunch - left over chicken alfredo (FYI my wife tells me she doesnt use butter for the alfredo she uses milk, cream of mushroom soup and parmesan cheese. So its not so bad for you diet green tea as well.
Supper - chicken noodle casserole. Oh it was so good. and water
Breakfast - granola bar and diet green tea

Service break: hotcakes and sausage with diet coke fro MCD
Lunch: left over stroganoff

Sunday 2/1/09
Breakfast: banana
lunch: KFC strips, potatoes, coleslaw and diet coke
Supper: Well its the superbowl so I enjoyed food tonight. Had 3 fajita's a bunch of chips, 3 diet pepsi's and 1 piece of chocolate pie and 1 piece of another kind of pie. Very good. But tomorrow back to straight and narrow!
Cardinals should be proud.
