Monday 2/9/09
Breakfast: 2 apples and diet green tea
Lunch: left over tater tot hotdish
Supper: Well my wife made a very tasty dish of Chicken parmesan with ruitini noodles. Yuuuum I had a moderate portion of noodles, but... I had a large chicken breast. I really wish I would of cut it in half. but oh well. Its not the worst thing in the world.

Tuesday 2/10/09
Breakfast: apple and diet green tea
Lunch: left over chicken parmesan with spiriling noodles.
Supper: 2 bowls of cereal.
3 bottles of water throughout the day.

Still hungry, but weighin is tomorrow. Want to see good results Very Happy

Wednesday 2/11/09
Breakfast: granola bar and diet green tea.
Lunch: left over chicken parmesan and curly noodles and diet green tea.
Supper: 2 bowls of cereal. We have meeting tonight so just ate something quick.

Thursday 2/12/09
Breakfast: apple, grape juice and diet green tea.
Lunch: 3 fresco soft taco's from TB and diet pepsi
Supper: 2 chicken enchalada's (home made) and water.
had some water. But wish I would of had more throughout the day.

Friday 2/13/09
Breakfast: granola bar and diet green tea
lunch: 1 chicken enchelada and diet green tea
supper: ok this was my splurge meal for the week. I had chinese at one of those mall food courts. it was 2 sides with fried rice and egg roll and diet coke. Then for evening desert I had medium size crunch blizzard from Dairy Queen mmmmmm it was good.

Saturday:
breakfast: granola bar and diet green tea
break in service: chicken gumbo soup and water (we went to a custard restarant, they have a lot of them around here, others were getting this big juicy burgers and custard. Not I) Laughing
Lunch: 1 chicken enchalada and diet dr pepper
Supper: moderate portion of Beef stuffed shells. mmmm very good as well.

Sunday 2/15/09
Breakfast: granola bar and diet dr pepper
Lunch: went to eat with speaker had homade grilledhamburger, hotdog, potatoes few chips, half glass of chocolate milk small scoop of ice cream and small piece of pie.
Supper: left over chicken enchalda and dr pepper
