Scotts eating log week of 3/2/09 Empty Scotts eating log week of 3/2/09

Monday 3/2/09
Breakfast: banana and diet green tea (we have more diet green tea again Very Happy )
Lunch: ham sandwich, granola bar, diet green tea, weightwatchers chocolate muffin - 180 calories Very Happy )
Supper: Pork roast, potatoes, carrots. Not my favorite (would of been better with noodles) But was probably pretty good for me and lower in calories then normal. Oh I had water with it too.

I am hungry now though Smile its 10:30 I think this week is going to be a good weighin.

Tuesday 3/3/09
Breakfast: banana and diet green tea
Lunch: left over pork roast, potatoes, and carrots and diet green tea.
Supper: 3 fresco soft taco's from Taco Bell and diet Pepsi

had a bottle of water during the day too.

Wednesday 3/4/09
Breakfast: granola bar and diet green tea
Lunch: chicken alfredo and diet green tea (FYI made with cream mshroom soup, milk and parmesan cheese) so not horribly bad
Dinner: left over chicken alfredo and diet pepsi

Thursday: 3/5/09
Breakfast: granola bar and diet green tea
Lunch: jimmy johns sandwich. website said it wsa 560 calories, plain chips - 150 calories and diet green tea
supper: 6 pieces of hawaian pizza thin crust. oh so good. now these pieces were cut into squares so not regular sized pieces.
I was fixing a wireless network at some families house from work (side job) and they had the pizza. They ended up having some serious issues which I think is Their ISP's fault. so didnt get it to work right. Anyway when I finally went home they gave me the pizza to take home. I so wanted to eat more but I didnt especially since I wasnt able to workout like I wanted to Sad

But at least I didnt eat more and as i'm typing this my stomach is growling pretty much because I'm talking about food. Funny how it does that isnt it.

Friday 3/8/09
Breakfast: granola bar and diet green tea
Lunch: left over shells with meatballs and spagettie sauce
Supper: went to applebee's had 5 of these for appetizer: (Carissa had the other 4)

Then had this for supper:

So this is my sluff meal for the week. In reality last week I didnt really have one. It did taste really good. Very Happy

Saturday 3/7/09
Breakfast: bowl of cereal with milk
Lunch: turkey sandwich, granola bar, weightwatchers chocolate muffin (hey its 180 calories wify had it in the cabinet) diet green tea
Supper: left over pasta shells with meatball mixture and spagettie sauce

Breakfast: cereal with milk
Lunch: mac n cheese (modest portion)
Supper: 1 boneless porkchop with rice,made with cream of mushroom soup, and carrots and diet pepsi
