Brian's eating log - Week starting 1-19-09
Monday 1/19/09
Breakfast: Granola bar and coffee
Lunch: Salad, yogurt and water
Mid afternoon: Oatmeal and coffee
Dinner: Spaghetti, 2 breadsticks and a diet rootbeer
Evening: Cottage cheese and chocolate milk
Breakfast: Granola bar and coffee

Tuesday, 1/20/09
Breakfast: 2 eggs, piece of toast and orange juice
Lunch: Salad and water
Mid afternoon: Granola bar and water
Dinner: 3 slices of garlic chicken pizza from Papa Murphy's and a regular Pepsi.
Late evening: Banana, chocolate milk and 2 bottles of water.
I know, what was I thinking before weigh in!!
Well, I should have burned alot of that pizza off. I just got done running 6 miles on the treadmill. I did 5 miles at 6mph, and then the last mile at 7mph. Basically was running for an hour straight, 58:34 to be precise.

Mid morning: Banana
Lunch: Fettucini alfredo and slice of bread
Mid afternoon: Granola bar and water
Dinner: Bowl of beef pot roast soup?(something like that) with glass of orange juice
Breakfast: Oatmeal and orange juice
Mid morning: Banana

Thursday, 1/22/09
Breakfast: Bowl of cereal with glass of orange juice
Mid morning: Banana
Lunch: Salad, energy bar and water
Mid afternoon: Granola bar
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, mashed potatos, green beans and sprite zero. For dessert, I had a few chips and a granola bar.
Evening: Popcorn and a sprite zero
I think my body is finally kicking into gear, I was 2 lbs lighter this morning than I was for weigh in on Wednesday, and my waist is nearly an inch smaller than when we first started this thing.
Breakfast: Bowl of cereal with glass of orange juice
Mid morning: Banana
Lunch: Salad, energy bar and water
Mid afternoon: Granola bar
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, mashed potatos, green beans and sprite zero. For dessert, I had a few chips and a granola bar.
Evening: Popcorn and a sprite zero

Mid afternoon: Banana
Dinner: 10 oz ny strip steak, beans and a regular Pepsi
Evening: Cottage cheese and water, also had some BBQ chips and a sprite zero

Saturday, 1/24/09
Breakfast: Pannenkoeken and a cup of coffee(in case you're wondering, they are dutch pancakes)
Lunch: Spaghetti and a sprite zero. Also had 4 smaller sized chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the oven(340 cals for the 4 of them, not too bad)
Dinner: Chicken fried rice, 2 crab rangoons and a regular Pepsi
Evening: 10 oz TGIF's mudslide
Breakfast: Pannenkoeken and a cup of coffee(in case you're wondering, they are dutch pancakes)

Lunch: 2 slices of Digiorno supreme pizza and a sprite zero
