Monday

Breakfast: Oatmeal and cup of coffee
Lunch: 3 hardshell tacos and diet pepsi
Dinner: chicken pot pie and water
Evening: popcorn

Did you have cheese on those hard shell taco's? Were they taco bell Laughing

Looks good though. I like this idea. I'm going to post my meals as well.

Yep, I had cheese on them and they were Taco Bell. I think 3 tacos ran me around 510 cals.

Tuesday 1/13/09

Breakfast: Oatmeal and coffee
Lunch: Marinara pasta, slice of bread with butter on it, water
Mid afternoon snack: Granola bar
Dinner: 3 pieces of french toast and chocolate milk
Evening: More marinara pasta, slice of bread with butter and a diet dew. Yeah, I shouldn't have had more of this, but I was stuck at work doing some upgrades and it was in the fridge from the catered lunch we had.

It's about 10:30pm right now, I'm really hoping to get out of here by 11pm and then hit the gym.

Didn't get out of work till after 3am this morning, so that workout didn't happen till this afternoon, still got it done. I slept till almost noon, so it meant less eating Smile

Wednesday, 1/14/09
Lunch: Bowl of cereal
Dinner: 3 tacos(not Taco Bell, homemade) and a diet sierra mist
Evening snack: cashew broccoli salad and a bottle of water

Festival just started this thing yesterday called Live Healthy America, it's a 100 day challenge to get into shape. You form teams and do weigh-ins every week, on Wednesday, like we do here. There are prizes drawn every week and then grand prizes at the end. It's based on percentage of weight loss and total activity time you put in. Being that I'm doing this, figured it would be easy to do it. Ever since I've been here, they've always catered meals in Monday-Thursday. For this 100 days, besides the normal meals they bring, we have an option to order a salad with yogurt and a piece of fruit. We can get the salad topped with grilled chicken or crab meat. I will definitely be doing this option alot in the next few months!!

Breakfast: 2 small pancakes with cup of coffee
Lunch: Salad, banana, yogurt and water
Mid afternoon: Granola bar
Dinner: 10 oz ny strip steak, cashew broccoli salad and water
Evening: Bag of popcorn and diet sierra mist

Friday, 1/16/09

Breakfast: Cup of coffee (should have had something with it)
Lunch: Lindy's 8" roast beef sub with water
Dinner: Piece of meatloaf, mashed potatos, corn, cole slaw and diet sierra mist
Evening: Popcorn, cherry coke zero and a butterfinger (had to enjoy the start of the weekend a little bit)

Breakfast: Cereal, orange juice and coffee
Lunch: Peanut butter sandwich, chicken noodle soup and water
Mid afternoon: Bagel and water
Dinner: Chicken fried rice and cherry coke zero, crunch candy bar
Evening: Bowl of cottage cheese and water

Sunday, 1/18/09

Breakfast: Bagel, orange juice and coffee
Lunch: Half of a peanut butter sandwich
Mid afternoon: Popcorn, cherry coke zero and a kit kat (at the movies, had to enjoy Very Happy )
Dinner: 2 grilled burgers, potato wedges, doritos and dr pepper, dessert was a piece of cake.
