I see no one posted last week. I guess I'm just going to keep posting my weight. Mostly to help me stay motivated.
I did put on a few pounds Very Happy

1/07/09: 183.8
1/14/09: 180.0
1/21/09: 180.2
1/28/09: 176.0
2/04/09: 174.2
2/11/09: 173.4
2/18/09: 172.6
2/25/09: 170.2
3/04/09: 165.0
3/11/09: 164.2
3/18/09: 164.6
3/25/09: 162.0
4/01/09: 160.0
4/08/09: 162.4

As I said I put on a few pounds. I had a big meal friday night, a nice calzone. Then Sunday had culvers with a large concrete shake. That was good too. mmmm So over weekend I was up to 163.6 but am back down now today, I was hoping to be closer to 161ish but oh well.

I'm still going to be more discipliined the rest of the week. I want to stick around 160 if possible. The thing also is I wasnt able to workout last thursday so that hurt things. This week we have memorial so not sure if I will be able to after wards or not. I want to at least run if I can afterwards.

Well I know its busy and summer is coming but I hope everyone else is trying to remain healthy. Come on guys its almost summer, dont you want to be in good shape??? You can do it, its all in the head just need to be motivated to eat right and get a little excercise.
