1/07/09: 183.8
1/14/09: 180.0
1/21/09: 180.2
1/28/09: 176.0
2/04/09: 174.2
2/11/09: 173.4
2/18/09: 172.6
2/25/09: 170.2
3/04/09: 165.0

Weekly weighin for 3/04/09 Scottsweighin3-4-09

Well this week I could to do no wrong. Every day I stepped on the scale I weighed less. This morning when I went to take a picture of my weighin the first time I stepped it said 166. Then the next 3 times it said 165 ? So I guess its 165. Yesterday I was at 166.

Anyway Im basically where I want to be. Now the thing is to maintain. Im going to actually go for a few more pounds to get to 163. Just so its a nice even 20 lbs that I dropped. Plus There is a little more toning I'd like to do. But other then that its now time to maintain.

I still plan to post each day and weekly results.

Scott- 20 pounds. Man- congratulations. So are you saying your doing no wrong was seamless? Seems like it.

Anyway, enough picking on your grammar. My weight is staying constant. I've been a little sick the last 2 days or otherwise I think I would have dropped another pound. I did weigh 198 the other day.

Today: 199 lbs.

Lol yeah my grammar is horrible. Is that how you spell Grammar anyway? lol

I deserve it though so correct me when ever you want. Way to go Corey though. Anything positive is great. Keep it up.

For me i've been kind of calorie counting lately and since I've been doing that it helps a lot with the weight loss.

Day 8: 166 lbs
Day 15: 167 lbs
Day 22: 164.5 lbs
Day 29: 164.5 lbs
Day 36: 165 lbs
Day 43: 161 lbs
Day 50: 160 lbs
Day 57: 163 lbs

Aye aye aye, 3 lb weight gain! Well, I knew my appetite would come back and I would put some weight on after being so sick. But I'm still down weight, I was at 165 before I got sick, now at 163.

My bench and dumbbells arrived yesterday, so I'll be hitting the weights and treadmill on a regular basis very soon. I'm still a little under the weather, have a bad cough and occassional headaches, so I might give it another day or two. My kids keep getting sick, it's been a rough 3-4 weeks.

Hang in there Brian. I'm sure its tough with not feeling well, and having the kids sick too. Do what you can.

Yep, think I only used that membership 2 times Mad

I was gonna cancel the whole family membership, but Becky said she still wants to keep hers active. She rarely goes, but she did just go a few days ago. I told her if she only goes like a couple times this month, it's not worth paying for, she agreed.

Well I heard the words i've been waiting to hear.

"Scott have you been losing weight?" A lady asked me that yesterday in our office. So it seems others are noticing I've been thinning up some so thats awsome.

Thats motivating as well. Very Happy

Well i'm not as far as you are scott. But im down another 2lbs this week. Which makes it a total of 12lbs lost. Can't wait to get to 20. I have had the hardest time getting out of the teens but I finally got out of them. I now weigh 212. WoooooHooooo!!! Smile I just need to get my dieting down better. I love food to much!!! Twisted Evil If i get that working for me, i should have no problem. Im gonna get my bike out on my indoor trainer again, so that i can ride. Hopefully be able to do that outside soon. Yah never know with wisconsin weather.
