I'm doing right now

chin-ups 8 rep 90 sec rest, to close grip bench press 8 reps w/ 60 sec rest = 1 set repeat to preform total of 4 sets
seated dumbbell triceps extension 8 reps each arm resting 60 seconds, to preacher curl 8 reps 60 sec rest = 1 set repeat to preform 3 sets
incline cabel-bench triceps extentions 14 reps resting 45 sec, to cable single arm curl 14 reps each arm resting 45 seconds = 1 set preform 2 sets

throwing in some negative dips or dips and what not once in a while

I'm switching it up since its not I'm not gaining much ground, now working on shoulders and arms simply taking the most weight I can do 10 times for weight A, half of that is weight B, and the median between those I'll call weight C for reference sake, So for instance 40lb curl for A, 20lb for B and 30 lb for C. If C would have been like 22.5lb round down to 20lb.

5 reps for each
single arm curl RH w/ weight A
single arm curl LH w/ weight B
single arm curl RH w/ weight C
rest 20 sec between
single arm shoulder press RH w/ weight A
single arm shoulder press LH w/ weight B
single arm shoulder press RH w/ weight C
Then reverse it starting with LH, doing as many sets as possible in 15 minutes.
