For me to go out with a bang tonight and eat whatever before I hit it hard starting tomorrow?

You could do that, but it would only mean that you have to work out harder tomorrow.

How bad do you want the 6 pack???

Haha, right. I plan on working out tonight, so I'll surely be inclined to eat healthier, they go hand in hand it seems.

Today was the first day that I have packed myself a lunch in about 2 weeks. (Since I was too lazy to go grocery shopping... haha) I pack healthy stuff, like a sandwich, yogurt, diet pop and an orange. I noticed that I have felt better today than I have in a while and I was able to work out and run longer than usual. I think working out and eating good def goes hand in hand bri.

Yes yes yes

I have tried about everything - working out and eating crap, eating good and not working out, living it up and laziness. and the only way to get trim and fit (at least for me) Only by a balanced diet and regular exercise do you see a real difference. Well at least without taking for ever.

For dinner tonight I grilled up 2 burgers and had water with it. It is now 10pm, just got back from the gym, but not sure if I'll have anything before I go to bed. Depends if this nausea subsides. If it does, I definitely will be eating something healthy.

I did good last night. After the nausea disappeared, I had a granola bar and glass of milk. I just got done now with a bowl of oatmeal and a cup of coffee.

Bri - how are those Lindy subs versus Jimmy Johns? I just started eating Jimmy Johns and am somewhat impressed with them. I'm just sick of Subway, need to find other sub options.

Lindy's aren't bad, but I am a JJ lover for sure. The BLTs are great! I've told Cory and Josh that in the past, then they tried them, I believe that's all both of them get now. Not sure what it is about them, maybe the bread.
