First: Thanks for letting me join your club!

Second: Why in the world did I join your club?

I scrolled through your weights - you guys are all in great shape. With my weight at 227 for a 5'9" guy I'm definitely not in shape. I feel like an onion in a petunia patch. (That's an old song by the way).

Well I got a deal with Lance, a carrot and stick approach to lose weight and so I'll see if I can keep up with you guys. Good bye food it was a pleasure to know you!

Hey Jim! Not sure how much you would like to lose, but it can get overwhelming when you think about it, just take it one day at a time or one week at a time. You could put up some really good weeks where you lose 2-3 pounds, but let's just say you lose only 1 pound a week. By June 1st, you would weigh in at 210. Sounds pretty good, and very realistic to accomplish, without killing yourself Very Happy
