Sticking to it.
Sometimes the hardest thing that I have found in the past is just 'sticking to it'. It seems inevitable that, at some time, something will come up and throw me off-kilter. Whether it be, just being tired, just can't be bothered, or just not seeing any results, I am really determined to keep up with it this time. 2 things that seem to keep me going are:
1) Having my Ipod with my workout tunes.
2) I like to keep changing my routines.
These 2 areas really keep me motivated to keep going and enjoying it.

Russell - What are your overall thoughts on that P90X workout you did in the past? There is an infomercial on it right now, so it made me think of you. How long did you do it? You didn't do it the whole 90 days did you? Were the results you got from it any different than your other workout routines?
