Determination, Endurance, Patience...
Well this is the time in fitness that I hate. You get past the initial hype and you do good for a few days. But then you want to see immediate results and you realize that it doesnt happen.
The biggest thing to remember, at least for me is
1. Be determined to eat right and keep up your workout rutine.
2. Get a set diet and stick to it.
3. Lastly have endurance and patience. You will see results in as little as two weeks. Then just put it on cruise control.

I agree with you Scott, I'm already looking for results, but that is crazy to think. What I did think about this morning is how easy this has been. Usually those first few days are a killer when you try to eat less and more healthy, but I have had no problems yet. And getting back into a workout routine has been pretty easy as well.
