Nothing for me
I don't even plan on taking a multivitamin. I figure if I do a good job eating right, I should be getting everything I need. Not too concerned about protein either, I'm not out to put mass on, just burn some fat and get toned up.
Re: Nothing for me
Same here. Nothing but good eating and working out.

I will continue to take a multi, omega fish oil, amino acids, and 50g of protein everyday. every morning and some afternoons i take spark energy, and may add in some pre/post workout supplements on heavy lifting days.

yea awesome. have not been sick in 2 years now, and feel like i am in the best shape of my life! i have read from a number of pro athletes and they say exercise is 10
% of it and eating right and nutrition is 90%.

I have not been sick for a few years now either. I agree 100% that fitness is 10% and nutrition and food is the rest.

Re: Nothing for me
I agree. It's like something I read along time ago. Your typical person will put in a nice workout and say they burn 300 calories. Then they leave thinking they can just chow down anything because they deserve it. The sad fact is even something healthier like a bagel is around that amount. So diet is much more important in losing or maintaining your weight.
Re: Nothing for me
I changed my mind, I'm gonna be taking a multivitamin and some flax seed. It is ground up, I will just mix some in with yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, cereal, you name it.
Re: Nothing for me
I too have been considering taking a couple things now. I think I'll get a couple things this week.
